I really want to take legal action against my former employer, but not sure if I can because I was an "at-will" employee (an employee that can be let go for any reason). It does not seem right for them to let me go after an accident occured that I will not take all the blame for.

There are plenty of Beatles cover songs out there, but which ones do you think actually does the original justice? It doesn't have to be better (it probably isn't) but was actually really good?

My favorite: Rufus Wainwright's cover of Across the Universe

"Back To Black"

He left no time to regret
Kept his dick wet
With his same old safe bet
Me and my head high
And my tears dry
Get on without my guy
You went back to what you knew
So far removed from all that we went through
And I tread a troubled track
My odds are stacked
I'll go back to black

We only said good-bye with words
I died a hundred times
You go back to her
And I go back to.....

I go back to us

I love you much
It's not enough
You love blow and I love puff
And life is like a pipe
And I'm a tiny penny rolling up the walls inside

We only said goodbye with words
I died a hundred times
You go back to her
And I go back to

Black, black, black, black, black, black, black,
I go back to
I go back to

We only said good-bye with words
I died a hundred times
You go back to her
And I go back to

We only said good-bye with words
I died a hundred times
You go back to her
And I go back to black

I am in soo much pain right now. If you are easily grossed out... please leave. Ok... if I still have you... My "butt-hole" has been hurting really bad. Like when I walk it hurts soo bad like its burning and it hurts to walk. Then when I pee it hurts extremely bad. And sometimes it itches so bad I have to run to the bathroom but hurts too bad to itch. Do you have any clue what this is?

I know all about the supernatural powers and the "God's my father" rhetoric, ok, but what was the real motive by which Christ became subversive against the Roman Empire?
What was his political agenda?

Prominent creation scientist Em Adjineri (she's baa-aack) has recently discovered a mummified hadrosaur that disproves evolution. By "discovered," I mean she skimmed an article about it.

It is clear that such a dinosaur proves the Creation "Museum" in Kentucky's claim that people and dinosaurs coexisted. There have never been any examples of animals other than humans capable of mummifying a corpse.

Since there's no evidence for animals that mummify corpses, animals that mummify corpses can't exist (right, atheists?). Therefore, that dinosaur must have been mummified by humans. But if humans mummified that dinosaur, they must have known it when it was alive. It was probably their pet, like Dino on that documentary "The Flintstones."

Since the Bible is the only source that claims that dinosaurs and humans coexisted (Job 40:15), and the Bible is accurate on that point, the entire Bible must be literally true. Therefore, creationism is a better theory than evolution.

Father bought home in 1985, listing daughter as joint tenant with him. Father dies in 2007.

What is daughter's basis?
-- What father paid in 1985
-- 1/2 of what father paid in 1985
-- stepped up to 2007

Am I correct that, if no stepped up basis, there would be a 15% tax on the LT gain?

I have had the most awful day. Firstly I was told that my ex Mother in law is about to die in hospital (never did like her but she is my kids Grandma and they are upset) then my friend gave birth to a lovely little boy while I was away and I was supposed to be her birth partner but I missed it and I was SO looking forward to it. Then my daughter-in-laws Mum who is lovely had to have a radical mastectomy today. To top it all I had a big "difference of opinion" with a manager at work in the hospital. I think I will go into hibernation.

I need a little help with my business homework. The question is: How would you accomplish exposure netting with currencies to two countries that tend to go up and down together in value?
I wasn't sure whether to post this in business and finance or economics, if I should post elsewhere, let me know.
So, it is my (limited) understanding that exposure netting can happen in two circumstances, currency groups or the pairing of a strong and a weak currency. The above, I believe, would be the situation of a currency group. Right? So, now...how do I elaborate? Or how would you?
