What is required to come here or can just anyone come? Is it easier for some or the others. I dont get it I mean how long does it take to complete the process of immigration? Do the immigrants have the same rights and privileges as us natural born citizens?

My cousin is coming from Austria and I'm really excited to see her but the past month these questions have been going through my head. Help Please!

Here in Spain its not illegal to go around saying racist comments. You really have to much freedom of speech and te Northern Spaniards take it out of hand.
When we (my city madrid) went to play in Bilbao (it was bilbao against real madrid) all of the fans started throughing banana peels at our player babalu for being african and making monkey chants.................
I was very annoyed and left the game, but it happens everywhere. Once I rode the train to work and this white man was going on to this black guy telling him that blacks and gays are a waste which I certainly dont believe.
I think its the immigration going on here,there is alot of discrimination against mexicans, colombians and africans and peruvians becuase everyone believes they are illegal. I think this is the man cause for the racism,but what makes it worst is people ignore it or laugh with them.
Anyways do you think people especially at football games should be fined for such actions?

He blamed me for the theft of 20000 pounds stolen at his sister wedding when we visited him at his place in london. I didnt even knew it. After one week of return back i found out from my other cousins that i was blamed for the theft and he requested not to let me know about it. Im still in a Shock WTF is going on?? Why me?? i like bands such as:

acdc, aerosmith, afi, atreyu, audioslave, avenged sevenfold, bed light for blue eyes, black light burns, breaking benjamin, buckcherry, bullet for my valentine, chevelle, city sleeps, damageplan, disturbed, drowning pool, eighteen visions, the exies, the format, funeral for a friend, hawthorne heights, him, hourcast, hurt, killswitch engage, korn, mayday parade, metallica, nine inch nails, ozzy, pantera, papa roach, pod, puddle of mudd, rob zombie, shinedown, slipknot, stereomud, sublime, system of a down, three days grace, type o negative, the union underground, velvet revolver, the white stripes, and 12 stones.

i know most of what i named was basically mainstream, but thats why im asking this. is there any good NON-mainstream rock bands that are similar to these? and PLEASE try not to list the same bands that i just named! please take a minute to look through the list. & don't name obvious bands either. oh and im not much into screamo so dont name them

What can we do and what can the government do to lower the amounts of emissions?

For me:
Walk / ride to work at least once every week; can ride every day but too unfit!
Eat kangaroo meat instead of beef / lamb as no land clearing is needed and more drought tolerable.
Install fluro globes or LED lighting
Close curtains and blinds to prevents heat getting in during summer= less need on a/cond. Install insulation to roof and whirly extraction fan on roof.
The government;
More expensive rego for big cylinder cars and 4WD's
Cheaper car park rates for cars with more than 3 people sharing ride.
A good percentage off water rates for people with rainwater tanks.
All new houses to have solar hotwater, double glazed nth facing windows.

Many more ideas. What do you people think?
