Here in Spain its not illegal to go around saying racist comments. You really have to much freedom of speech and te Northern Spaniards take it out of hand.
When we (my city madrid) went to play in Bilbao (it was bilbao against real madrid) all of the fans started throughing banana peels at our player babalu for being african and making monkey chants.................
I was very annoyed and left the game, but it happens everywhere. Once I rode the train to work and this white man was going on to this black guy telling him that blacks and gays are a waste which I certainly dont believe.
I think its the immigration going on here, there is alot of discrimination against mexicans, colombians and africans and peruvians becuase everyone believes they are illegal. I think this is the man cause for the racism, but what makes it worst is people ignore it or laugh with them.
Anyways do you think people especially at football games should be fined for such actions?

This is a difficult situation. While I do believe in the freedom of speech and being able to say and believe whatever you like, I also believe that in public, you should conduct yourself in a civil manner.

It's fine if you don't like black people. It's a bit over the top when you throw banana peels at them and make monkey noises. I do believe that some action should be taken against such things.

Is it so much to ask for people to be civil?

i'm a Guatemalan legal immigrant, yet i've got not got something against Mexican unlawful immigrants themselves. I do have something against the government of Mexico, yet it extremely is yet another issue. i think something could be carried out approximately unlawful immigration on the grounds that open borders could purely be yet another step in the direction of anarchy, yet i do no longer think the answer is in only deporting and closing the borders. it is purely a fascist determination to do this, and it style of feels exceedingly very such as Nazism to me.

Gansta rappers are calling people names everyday over the air waves and no one is doing anything about them. So why should those people be fined if the rappers keep getting away with corruption.
