Do you feel like you have nowhere to turn?

...like you turn anywhere for help and you are always let down you never get any help, everything turns out for the bad and there's no relief? No one cares or will help you? Ever feel like that?

there was a time when i was going through depression and i felt like nobody in the world could ever feel how i felt. i shut people out eventually because whenever i tried to look for help, it was no use to me. however, i learned that by really talking to people and opening up myself to them was the best way to get over my loneliness. if you keep things to yourself, you'll only be alone.

Yes, I feel helpless sometimes...It's a horrible feeling. It feels like every thing's wrong, no one gives a **** about you, and nothing is going to work out. Thankfully, I have some of the best friends in the world, and they pulled me out of my sadness. Talk to friends darling, I promise, they'll make things better.

I have felt like that when I'm really feeling down. It does affect one's perception of things when you feel like you're at the bottom and there's no way out. So, I have felt like that before.

ya i feel like if i ask ppl what 2 do they c me as weak and then i feel wierd asking questions so i deal with everything ALONE and i dont ask 4 help
