Yesterday I was making double chocolate chip cookies and my problem is this, everytime I make them and put them on a cookie sheet, they stay the same way as when I placed them on there. They look like clusters rather than spread out, flat cookies. They're really good tasting, but they don't look like a normal chocolate chip cookie.

I followed the recipe accordingly the only thing I substituted was the butter, I used margerine. It's with wheat pastry flour. The recipe didn't call for baking powder, could that be the problem?

I have been married for four years. From the beginning my husband has not been interested in sex but we had some sex, most of the time I used to give him a handjob. Usually he was showing interest in sex when I had my periods, so I had to give him a handjob. Now things have gone worse, he is not interested at all, i always try to go near him and touch etc but he always tries to avoid and start hugging me and changing the topic. His size is smaller but I never really cared as I love him a lot. I know he is not cheating on me and he loves me a lot. I think this is more of a health problem, I tried to talk to him and he just says that he is not sexually obssessed. He will never accept that he has some problem as it will hurt him as a man, what should I do, I love him and I dont care if I dont have sex but will my relationship work this way or is my marriage going to collapse as everyone has been telling me that sex is the basis of good relationship

Im writting a drama play for 6 characters(3 girls and 3 guyz). it has to be as a dialogue and has a conflict. here it is: "I have 2 best friend. we all are 15yrs old.One day I went to the mall with one of my best friend. we met 2 guys who wanted to go out with us. BUT my parent won't let me date (i live with my dad. my mom has passed away).i tried to tell my dad about it. he got mad and he did not talk to me for 2 days. the next day that guy called me and he asked me out. i told him about all the dating stuff. He didnt wanna talk to me again.Then he asked my other best friend out.i felt depressed then i suicede myself."
I just dont know how to start the conversation(dialogue)

Is this the end of retailling in the UK? All is left are Large corporate firms competiting against one another. Are the smaller retailers out of the equation?

My friend hat I have been talking about in my questions lately is very depressed lately. He found out that he will be having back surgery in a few months and won't be able to be the actine person that he is for a while. he is pretty depressed about that. his back hurts more than it ever has in the past this week. tonight i am going to his bday party and I want to try to cheer him up a little. when i saw him last night i reminded him that i have had a rough week also and he wasn't alone to try to cheer him, up, but i don't think it worked. Any suggestions as to what i can say or do tonight at the party to try to cheer him up, because when i talked to him on the phone this morning, when I asked him how he was, he said that he was the same as last night, depressed and in pain. PLZ HELP!
it is breaking my heart to see him like this.
