Im almost 15 and I am 148 pounds and 5'11
Im skinny everywhere else except for my stomach,
Last year I wouldnt eat and If I did I would only have about 500 calories, and I lost alot of weight,I was 160 when I started,and I ended up being 135,But now Ive started to eat normal and my stomach has gotten bigger,I stopped drinking soda and that made me look less bloated,I do like 30 situps a day.When I started it was helping alot,but now that Ive been doing it for so long I dont see anymore results,
I really want to lose weight,If I dont eat will that make me skinnier again?Or does anybody have stomach workouts?Im tired of my mom telling me Im fat! I also run 3 miles a week in pe.what else should I be doing?
