To access Microsoft Paint click on Start (or the logo if you have Vista), select "All Programs". Scroll through the list until you find "Accessories" and click on that - a list of more programs comes up. Look for "Paint".

Start | All Programs | Accessories | Paint

OR

Use Prt Sc button and then simply PASTE into MS Word or any word processor (besides Wordpad)

I'd recommend using a more powerful 3rd party screen capture program -- many available for free.

I personally, use Fastone Sceen Capture since it allows you to capture the 'active window" or portions of the screen and then edit the pictures afterwards.

Start>programs>accessories>paint
or you can go to start>search and search for paint.

Once the program's open, you can either right click and select "paste" or just press ctrl+v and it should show an image of what your screen looked like when you last pressed print screen.

Save it and it's yours forever.
