I am currently in the restaurant business for over eight years working every single sector, i.e. catering, hotel, contract etc.. I am 23 and sick and tired of the low pay and no respect. I want to get into nursing but i dont know how to get started i have an associates in culinary arts and some bachelors in food service management but didnt finish. Will i need to start from scratch and also can I work part time i.e and take online classes and do nursing classes. I have no kids so this i believe can be a excellent career change before i have any children, what do u think what is the best way to make this change.... all answers will be appericated

My husband has gone to the ER twice with chest pains and both times he has been cleared of heart problems and told it was panic attacks. To me, it sounds like hiatal hernia based on his symptoms (acid reflux, burning in center of chest, excessive burping, among other things). My question is, when he had an x-ray done in the ER, would it have been visible?

I am planning to go on vacation and found that buying airfare ticket through a nonprofit organization is tax deductible. the organization does not sell the ticket but they partner with a traveling agency to raise funds for their cause. so what does the cost of the ticket mean? i travel for free or what?
