Use plain oatmeal (no flavors or fast cooking types), plain shredded wheat or cherrios...... A tiny bit of scrambled eggs, or SMALL bits of fresh veggies.... but not too much on the fresh foods.... bits of whole grain toast, or crackers.
Get your regular hamster food ASAP, but these will work in a pinch.
DO NOT give plain lettuce or celery.... these are mostly water and will cause all kinds of problems and possibly wet tail.

Avoid leafy vegetables like lettuce. They can contribute to diarrhea. Hamster can eat any other fruits and vegetables, nuts, bits of bread, cereal, or dog biscuits. Those are not a substantial diet for them to get their dietary needs though. They must have a prepared hamster mix such as you buy at a pet store or discount store.
