My computer is contaminated by a virus called "Security Toolbar 7.1." Would the viruses really be gone if I re-start my whole computer?

Oh, and do you know any website that'll allow me to create a free back-up disc. I have one, but it was from a couple of months ago. How does that work, by the way, since I had a trial for Windows One Care?

Please answer this, and thank you so much.

A man went to his doctor seeking help for his terrible addiction to cigars. The doctor was quite familiar with his very compulsive patient, so recommended an unusual and quite drastic form of aversion therapy. "When you go to bed tonight, take one of your cigars, unwrap it, and stick it completely up your as*hole. Then remove it, rewrap it, and place it back with all the others in such a fashion as you can't tell which one it is. The aversion is obvious: you won't dare smoke any of them, not knowing which is the treated cigar." "Thanks doc, I'll try it." And he did. But three weeks later he came back and saw the doctor again. "What? My recommendation didn't work? It was supposed to be effective even in the most addictive of cases, such as yours is!" "Well, it kind of worked, doc. At least I was able to transfer my addiction," said the patient. "What in the hell is that supposed to mean?" "Well, I don't smoke cigars anymore, but now I can't go to sleep at night unless I have a cigar shoved up my a*s..."

Tonight I went to go get a pair of workout shorts out of my dresser and I pulled out a pair of shorts that weren't mine! I picked them up and looked at them, they were a size and a half bigger than what I wear and they were not new. I was gone last weekend and was out of town, my wife are haveing major problems, but I didn't expect this, the sad part I am not mad if she is having an affair, I am mad at the fact that it happen in the bed I sleep in. what should I do. I am planning on filing for divorce in Jan anyways, should I bring this up or let it roll off and just keep thinking ahead until Jan.

I've had great conversations with japanese who are just English beginners.. i talk to them in japanese and they are nice. But whenever i've met or voice chatted with ones that are advanced English learners they are so mean and racist.

For example i'm hispanic and with accent but i was never born in latin america and they treat me like i'm not real American, they even say it....and then cause i'm not white and cause i'm not sassy and outgoing and i speak slow , they treat me like i'm just a dumb crapo who doesn't speak english and is not American.

Does this attitude of advanced english speakers come from the Advertising of English that they get in Japan? I'm mean, from hollywood to ESL schools what they see as real American is outgoing loud Americans who speak fast and dont have accents. But many of us are not like that...

I live in the UK, motors from the USA look pretty gross, with grilles like the front of a bank, all square, heavy, pedestrian unfriendly and obviously fuel inefficient. It's obvious from the fuel efficiency, comfort, internal quality and space effectiveness of European and Japanese cars, that the USA is buying dinosaurs. How much much longer will they last?

A while back, ( three or four months) ago, I met a girl on Yahoo! games. We began talking there, and corresponding through emails, and eventually I gave her my phone number. From the very beginning she told me she is not into games, not into an b.s., etc., which I agreed. We are both in our thirties and both said we were getting too old for that crap. Anyway, she was set to come down here. That was supposed to be on Nov. 14th. She was sceduled to leave Texas, (where I am), the 21st. Well, the last time I talked to her was the 12th. I did talk to her sister on messenger, and she told me, that she,(the one I'm with), had been in a wreck. Broke a leg, some ribs. Will I ever hear from her again? Am I fooling myself? From everything she has told me to this point has been true. I feel it is now, I guess I need some back up. Some feed back. Let me know what you think. I fell hard for her. Have no reason to think she is a liar, a cheat, a ho, etc. My gut says one thing, mind says the other.

My son is 3 year old, and the father and I were never married. He has my maiden name, his father isn't on the birth certificate, and never set up and visitiation/custody arrangements through the court. He does pay child support, and does see my son regularly.

I notified my sons father that we were moving to South Korea about 2 days after the flight was booked (told him Nov. 18th, flight is for Dec. 6th) He's now taking me to court, and the pre-trial is December 4th. He's trying to get full custody and a restraining order (I assume so that I can't take my son).

What are the odds that my lawyer and I will win this case? Do you think I'll be able to go on my scheduled date? Please, serious answers only, and don't "guess".

We reside in the state of Ohio, and my husband and I have a daughter together (don't know if any of that makes a difference)

Ok I am asking this question for a close friend of mine and to clear my head some. My good friend who choose me as his childs godfather just lost his son tonight thanks to CPS.
Basically here is what happened someone called CPS and claimed that my friend and his wife were not taking care of thier child properly and he was developementally behind. Cps gets involved and says everything is fine they just need to investigate. They told him and his wife that they have no intention of taking the child. They did ask him and her to take some classes and asked them to voluntarily have a home assist for a couple of months. They did everything that was asked of them and complied. My friends wife was put in the hospital during this time with a tumor on her spine. She was in the hospital for 3 months and just came home today. That is when the sheriff's show up at his door with a court order forcing them to give up the child.
Why can they ruin a family like this. when there are real abuse cases?

For my science fair project, i had to growth bacteria. I put contact cleaner on it to see if it would kill it. The Petri dishes are mostly foggy, but on one there are clear rings of where I put the contact cleaner. I was wondering what that meant. I'm not really even sure what inhibition is. I was hoping someone would be able to help me form a conclusion about my experiment.

I need to solve the double integral of:

y * sqrt(1 + x + y) dxdy , where both limits of integration are 0 to 1

I cannot figure out how to do this by hand! I CANNOT use a calculator or computer program or anything like that.

I think a stock is (maybe) due for a nice rebound and I want to own some shares. The stock is selling now for $27. I sell a put one month out at $25, and buy a couple of calls two months out at $30. If the price goes down, I'll have 100 shares put to me at a bargain price. If the price goes above $30, I can buy shares at below market value at time of exercise and keep the put $. Does this option combination have a name? And is it a sensible strategy assuming I'm bullish? I'm an options novice, so I would appreciate any serious replies.

Im a scientist myself and I profess Astrology but I'm not one of those Einsteinians and Darwinists.

It was all Christianity and Creationism in Science until a jew and atheist named Einstein and Darwin came along and destroyed our research papers to take revenge for World War against American Christians.

They lied about gravity, they lied about subatomic theorries and they lied about evolution.

Einstien was nothing more than a jew sent by satan to take this country away from God and Holy Bible.

Since those scientists follow his theories they are evil and they will be judged soon.

World is coming to end pretty soon.

I am especially taken aback by this comment in his 'about me' section: "Quite often the one pointing out bias is the most biased of all."

If you'll check out his questions, you'll see that he's nothing more than the typical, hypocritical Catholic basher.

Do people like this make Protestants proud? And why have I never yet seen a Protestant-bashing Catholic here, but the opposite floods this forum every single day? What do you think that says, if anything, about Protestantism?

Thanks for your time, your answers and your honest opinions :)
