Tonight I went to go get a pair of workout shorts out of my dresser and I pulled out a pair of shorts that weren't mine! I picked them up and looked at them, they were a size and a half bigger than what I wear and they were not new. I was gone last weekend and was out of town, my wife are haveing major problems, but I didn't expect this, the sad part I am not mad if she is having an affair, I am mad at the fact that it happen in the bed I sleep in. what should I do. I am planning on filing for divorce in Jan anyways, should I bring this up or let it roll off and just keep thinking ahead until Jan.

I don't want to fight anymore I am so tired of fighting I just want this over. If I do confront her, I am afraid that it will be come a fight in a matter of seconds. I don't want to do this. But maybe your right.

You should definately ask her about the shorts. Just confront her calmly. You're probably right on suspecting where they came from and you said you two are having major problems, so it won't be a total shock if she had a guy over, but ask her about it.
Why are you waiting till Jan to file for divorce?

I'd say the same thing, first confront her about the shorts calmly and take it from there...try not to jump to conclusions.

why wait get out asap this is what you want so why wait. the other guy is probaly the problem anyway. if not at least you both should realize its over and you should not have to argue about this you can talk and listen and try to be friends when its over.

You should ask her where they came from. Does she have a brother, that might have stayed the night? I don't see why a man would leave his clothes in the first place, and if she washed it was stupid enough to put it into your drawer.

does your wife have family around??? i know my brother often changes and leaves his clothes at my house. just a suggestion that maybe jumping to conclusions can cause ill feelings over something innocent. its probley worth asking her, maybe its innocent??????
