I don't want to use any of that gain weight fast crap. I'm talking about gaining weight healthy.
What builds muscle or body fat? What types of food should I eat.
Should I exercise?
What can I do to change my diet to gain weight. I hardly eat sometimes because I don't really have an appetitie, and I incorporate vegetalbes into everyone of my meals when i cook for dinner, but otherwise (lunch, breakfast), it's mostly fast food that has no nutrional value (or very little).
Can someone help me please? I am very serious about it.
