i would really try to bathe her in the tub inside. even if you use warm water if you are outside she could become very chilled. a human hair drier is not a great idea because you can burn their skin without realizing it.
can you take her to your vet and have them bathe her?

You can hook up a garden hose to a sink. I don't remember what it is called exactly, but I had used it to fill a water bed in an apartment. Although the water temp will be warm, it still might too cold outside. You could always take her to a groomers, but that obviously will be more expensive than getting a sink-to-hose attachment.
Blow drying is okay...my groomer uses one, but the dog will probably not like the noise and may take some time to get used to it.

Since you have a small bathroom why not give her a Shower - my friend has taught her pups to stand in the shower and she washes them down them wraps them in a large towel before they shake. Rub her well then let her dry in the house - Dogs are prone to pneumonia and it can be really hard for them to recover. Also there are dry bathing options - just ask the pet store for a Dry Bath product it is like a soap and powder combo that you sprinkle on and comb through. It isn't a messy as it sounds and is a really great option in cold weather. Good Luck!

There are waterbed attachments that will let you hook the hose to the indoor faucet, however, I would reserve this for warmer weather. Blowdryers can dry out their skin so please use sparingly if needed. I would either battle the mess in the bath or take her to the groomer. If cost is the factor check to see if there is a Petco near you - they have a service in most areas where you can use their stuff to bathe her yourself and it is considerably less expensive plus the mess is at their house.

Come on now does that even sound smart. Would you bath outside in the freezing cold. No no matter how small your bathroom is. Your dog could get so sick from being wet in cold weather. Take him/her to the groomers. If its money your worring about then just guess how much you'll be paying to try to save your beloved pets life if s/he becomes terribally ill. Be smart with this one take the dog to a groomer.

If you can't bathe her inside, then take her to the groomers. It's too cold outside for her to be standing there wet even if you use warm water.
If you can't take her to the groomers, then go to the pet store and buy a dry shampoo for dogs. You just rub it into their fur, no water required at all.

If it's cold, it's not going to matter if you run warm water outside to bathe her... that fact that you bathe her in the cold alone, can make her very sick. Bathe her inside, and wait till she's COMPLETELY dry before sticking her outside, or she doesn't need a bath at all.

they have cleaning foam or powder that you can use on your dog that don't call for water at all.. just spray it on and brush it .. it will clean and smell like it had a bath.. no need to wash an animal in the winter with products on market that is just as good as an old fashion water bath.. and your dog will not shiver from drying in the mean time.. try animal section in most stores. or wal-mart just any store sell no water bath...

Yes a waterbed fill kit has that attachment. You may also be able to buy one seperate at a hardware store. Some dogs will tolerate a blowdryer, others are scared of them. Just don't dry them completly
