How come sometimes I get short of breath and my mouth is fully of saliva?
Is it anxiety? I recently had deviated septum surgery, but one nostril is still blocked and needs some work.....is that it? -

Is it dental related?

There are actually 2 things happening here - you are short of breath because you are breathing differently after the surgery (most likely more through the mouth) and 2 you are dehydrated. Try breathing more through your nose and remember to drink plenty of water. *8 - 8oz glasses a day min. Good Luck!

may be you have some hidden problems. Go for a full check up. A tread mill test will do the job.

anxiety typically makes your mouth dry. go see a doctor.
