Today I had to check in 40 books and then check out books for 30 kid books because I'm a library aide. There was one very nasty kid who kept making snide remarks about me. The computer wasn't working and I had to type each kid's name in and then check them out, and it was taking a long time. I kept apologizing, and he said "You hear that, she's sorry?" to the person who happened to be checking out their book. I ignored him. He then said "God, you are slow. I could do it faster than you, and I don't know how to work the computer." to which I ignored as well. My breaking point was when I said "I'm really, really sorry. The computer is messing up." He looked at me and said "Are you sure it's not operator error? You seem kind of stupid." I smiled and told him "Shut up or be polite. I'm doing the best that I can. You can leave if you feel like it." He shut up and glared at me. How would you have dealt with it? I wanted to smack him, but I didn't want to get in trouble.

I have oily skin and acne on my face and back. Large pores, blackheads and whiteheads are also problems of mine. I've tried so many different face washes (including proactiv...didn't work) and creams and nothing has cured me.

Can you suggest anything for face and back acne? What about those acne pills they sell in the aisles w/the face washes? Anyone ever tried them?

i no it's old- but good!!
so there's this blond (i am blond- just don't take it personally, im top in my grade at a good school) and she goes into this store, and asks if she could buy the TV sitting on the floor- the clerk said, NO. we don't sell to blonds. so the girl- very frustrated, and wanting a TV, goes home and dyes her hair brown. so she goes back and asks to buy the TV to the clerk- and he says no, we don't sell to blonds. extrememly angry- she goes home pondering how he knew. and so she dyes her hair pink at this rate she'd do anything for the TV, and then asks the clerk for the TV again. he says that they don't sell to blonds once again- and she yells at him: HOW DO YOU KNOW I'M BLOND? and he says- well, that my friend, is a microwave- not a TV.

I got a package today. It was a mink wrap from my grandma. It was absolutely beautiful and very thoughtful of her, but I don't know what to do with it.

I don't wear fur, and I only wear leather because the cows are going to be killed for food anyway.
I love it and I love her, but I get sick when I think about the minks being raised to die for my clothes.

Please believe me, I'm not spolied. I've never owned anything this nice in my life...but I don't know what to do with it.

I keep getting a pop up on my computer that says "Critical error message! Registry Damaged and corrupted"
