We need to make a list for them to follow while they govern us?

There is a list: it's called the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Unfortunately, our government bureaucrats and elected officials have long forgotten that they're supposed to be public servants that follow that list to the letter, not privileged royalty that is above our list of laws.
The key is stop allowing them to govern us, which would require another American Revolution. It's the ONLY way we'll ever eliminate the monopolistic, corrupt two-party political system that keeps a stranglehold on our way of life in this country. -RKO- 11/28/07

We got a list: It's called the bill of rights. That doesn't mean we should rest or anything, but we got a list that we can do plenty with.
