I raise and breed small dogs so sick puppies is something I'm familiar with. For a puppy that young I would have to say a vet is the best way to go, as for parvo there would be bloody diarrhea and vomiting, to go along with the fever. At five weeks I definitely say go to the vet!!! But if you don't have to money for the vet I have successfully used a small piece of an aspirin before. Does that help?

Emergency vet NOW, sick and fever means dehydration, possible parvo is especially a concern in a puppy. go to the vet NOW

Fevers come from infections and illness no matter what the type of animal.. your puppy needs medical attention and fast..
Don't wait for answers here, get to the vets and get it the attention and treatment it needs...

It probably has Parvo and it will DIE without medical treatment from a vet. Get up and take your pet to the vet right NOW!

Take him/her to the vet. Make sure that he/she gets plenty of fluids and nutrients. For my yorkie, I used to give him Pedialyte (the clear one) in a syringe and NutriCal.
