I have been browsing eBay for a cheap motorbike. I found a user called ebusiness_supplies and liked the pee wee and pocket rockets he was selling. What are the laws regarding me riding one of them, I'm 14. I live in New south wales (Australia) and the is a fire trail down the end of my road, the is a foot path nearby and of course the road. Where am I allowed to ride. Also any important information you know would help because I barely know anything about bikes.

I have been dating Jeff for over seven months. As some of you know... he is going thru a divorce that seems to be drug out by his ex. His stance is that he cannot be in a committed relationship right now. After all our talks he continues to call, we continue to hang out and I still care deeply for him. I am trying to love with an open heart, in hopes that when it all comes down to it, he will fall eventually. (Man...I am going to get reemed for this posting!)
So in Aug I caught him in a lie about dating/sleeping with other women. I broke off all ties and he called and called until we finally spoke. I stood up for myself and he promised never to hurt me like that again.
A friend saw on his MySpace that he spent Fri or Sat night at his house with the same woman he cheated with. While I was with family. How do I walk away from someone I love so much!? Should I tell him I know... or just walk away in control? HELP ME OUT HERE! Give good advice not bashing advice... thanks!

Hey I was wondering what a good acoustic guitar would be as a gift for my girlfriend, she has played for about a year but not often and wants to play more. My friends say Takamine Epiphone. On a scale from 1 to 10 what would you rate MY life on? Heres a few things...
Don't have my GED. Don't have a job. Only have 2-4 friends. Have only had one girlfriend in my entire life. Can't get a job to save my life. Didn't even pass 9th grade. Still get help from my parents to pay for my stuff. And I don't think i'll meet another person that I can consider to be a 'girlfriend'. Mainly because I don't have much of a social life.
This is what my day consists of.
I wake up, grab a muffin and some juice. Then I proceed to be bored for the next 10 hours. Getting off and on Counter-Strike, World of Wacraft, myspace, and spikedhumor.

So on a scale of 1-10 what would you rate my life on?

I have this friend that keeps coming to me every time her new gf cheats on her. This happens once a moth or so. She has no taste in women.

Well in a moment of exasperation i said "IF YOU CAN'T FIND A GOOD WOMAN, THAN MAYBE, JUST MAYBE YOUR BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE!!"

Before I could say anything else she tackles me, tells me that she want to give me a try. She said I've always been there for her, that I always have good advice. And she wants to be with me because she can't think of another man that's more like a woman than me.

WHAT THE HELL! I REBUILT HER CAR! I JUST FINISHED REMODELING HER BATHROOM! I BUILT HER A BRICK BBQ!

How do I get even with her for calling me a woman?
