I magnified the water alone and there were no objects. Tell me what you think the moving objects are. Sorry for the poor quality. It's the best I could do. It is magnified 400X. Click here to view: http://youtube.com/user/fumingo

The video is very dark, but it can be seen if brightened (change the viewing angle on your flat screen). I apologize for the poor quality but it's the best I could do.

won't dissolving a substance possibly cause it to break up, causing heavy portions to fall, and creating a push, and pushing the lighter looser particles out and about??

Uh-oh! I just remembered Prue and Paige Halliwell from Charmed! Having their power would be great. I would use it for personal gain but I won't abuse it. Well,...maybe I'll revenge on some people that annoyed me in the past *evil grin* but that's all!

Without much more detail you can not tell if it is small living organisms such as an amoeba or simply particles moving caused by expansion of particles like fiber and chemical reaction with water. It is even possible that they are live yeast.

I can't see the video. It plays, but it's completely black.
Otherwise I could probably tell you. Biology is my forté.
Either way it is definitely no good! Nothing should be moving at 400x.

Some vitamins are not particularly soluble in water, e.g. A and E which are mainly fat soluble. Perhaps some of the non-active components of the pill/capsule are not very soluble either. So you are probably seeing undissolved particles.
