Well, how about that, you actually said something true!!
You've admitted you're a 'Billy no mates' so now you can start getting some help to reconnect with the real world. I think golf or tennis would be a little beyond your capabilities to begin with; why not try quoits or just throwing a ball and chasing it?

Not sure about the golf - but you can play tennis with a wall and you always win.!
How about going for a swim?
Learn how to play the spoons.
Or get yourself a whip & top.
