It doesn't say that explicitly, but only by implication. I think you probably are referring to I Corinthians 6:9-11
"Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God."
compare this with Galatians 5:19-21
"The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. "

In revelations 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, ...This is the one closest to what you mentioned. Others that are not specific though to what you mentioned:
Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" .... all are born spiritually dead and separated from God by sin, and thus fall short of His ...
Notice the scriptures that talk about the sin unto death and that there are sins not unto death, why say that if all are the same?

Romans 5:11-12 11And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. 12Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: 13(For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Then later down in verses 18-19 " 18Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
Talking about how sin came into the world by Adam but salvation came through the second Adam who is Jesus Christ.

What you need to understand. it doesn't matter how many religions tell you different things about what is written. Because your heart knows something else!
This just goes to prove that what is "written" is only what people see...
What people see is something that their hearts FAIL to see...God's Laws (the laws of love)
Many people look to find the answers verbatim in the scripture, but the fact of the matter is, is that scripture is translated.
What one may perceive is another view of what could "possibly" be what "it" says that is "written".
What we truly need to know, without "verbatim" tactics.. is concept, principal and morale.
For those who point out the things that are "wrong" in God's eyes.. ask yourself, do you need to look with your eyes to understand God?
If you need your eyes to see God, then you see that what is "written" ISN'T what is written!
If you read the bible you would know what the Old Testament says.. in contrast to the New Testament. duh... the whole PURPOSE WHY Jesus is who HE is...
God's Laws are "simple effective and true"
Jesus said "anything is permissible by me" except adultary.
Did Jesus persecute the prostitute? no.. .so tell me where it says that what you claim to be wrong IS wrong... and I'll show you the truth about your faith.
God doesn't judge ... we humans judge eachother based off of what we "think" we should. Listen to your heart and you will find God's laws written on it without the need to "see" what the scripture says.

They are judged differently and some are more severe, but they all have one thing in common. Each one that is broken has the death penalty, eternal separation from Christ Jesus.

If you are not covered by the propitiation of Jesus Christ, you are under God's wrath. Homosexual or not. Here is something not quoted often, sin is done by sinners, and the sinner who is covered is declared righteous. Your questions are missing the point, I think. You have to be covered by the sacrifice of Jesus.
5 "So I will come near to you for judgment. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive aliens of justice, but do not fear me," says the LORD Almighty.
( Malachi 3 )
Homosexuality is not a damning sin if you are covered by Jesus Christ.
17 "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
( John 3 )
We are in a state of condemnation automatically, homosexual or not. By declaring your faith in Jesus Christ you defeat that state of sin, and you are declared righteous by God because you trust Him.
Trust = Faith.
And so:
6 Consider Abraham: "He believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness." 7 Understand, then, that those who believe are children of Abraham. 8 The Scripture foresaw that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the gospel in advance to Abraham: "All nations will be blessed through you." 9 So those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.
( Galatians 3 )
I am a Bisexual Christian who is attacked often for saying what I claim to be. I get e-mails, and even those who hide only to attack me on my 360. They have no apparent e-mail to respond to. The devil is all over the Christian church, and the devil is having them talk themselves out of preaching the Gospel message, the one that Jesus said to do, because they perceive homosexuals to be too sinning to save. That's the devils message.
So if you want to come to God, then trust Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

To sin is to fall short of perfection. We all fall short.
It does seem unfair, but when we die, this pays for our sins, any we commit.
(Romans 6:23) For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.
Wages is full payment.
Our death pays in full for all our sins.
Jesus' death paid for our 'inherited' sin.
hitler and mother Teresa paid the same price for what they did. ?

What the bible says about homosexuality.
We realize that this subject can be a very difficult one to address. Furthermore, as hate crimes specifically committed against homosexuals occur, many feel that this issue shouldn't be addressed at all for fear of only adding to the hostile environment that many homosexuals face. Despite the cultural climate in which we live, this issue must be addressed according to the Word of God. God's laws are always for our good, although man may see them as restricting. In the end, only obedience to the Word of God can bring true freedom. We address this issue out of God's love for the homosexual to bless and help him.
Much of our society has embraced many perverted sexual practices that are considered in the Bible as abominations to God. Homosexuality is among the list of deviate or abnormal sexual practices however, there are many other practices that can be included as well. Pornography, pedophilia, prostitution, bestiality, oral sex, phone sex and computer virtual reality sex, just to name a few of them.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (NIV): "Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters, nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."
Although the Bible doesn't detail each and every one of these sinful acts, it does clearly speak out about many of them. Any deviation from God's original plan for sex between a married man and woman is still a sin in God's eyes. The main reason we call these things perverted is because they are unnatural and scripture clearly tells us those who do such things are committing abominations. Leviticus 18:22 (KJV): "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind it is abomination."
Homosexuality is also referred to as the sin of sodomy. This reference comes from an account in the Bible of two exceedingly wicked cities, Sodom and Gomorrah, which the Lord destroyed. Sodom was known for its rampant homosexuality and unrestrained sexual lust, as well as other sins such as arrogance, haughtiness, and disregard for the poor. When the Lord sent angels to warn Lot who lived in the city that it was about to be destroyed, the men of the city actually wanted to rape the angels! Genesis 13:13: "But the men of Sodom were wicked and sinners before the LORD exceedingly."
In the Old Testament the penalty for this sin was severe. Leviticus 20:13: "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." Today the penalty of death comes in the form of AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases. It also brings death to the soul and spirit of man because the life of God is pushed out by indulging in something that is an abomination to God. God wants to deliver all who are trapped in this unholy practice and He will if anyone calls out to Him with a sincere heart.
We certainly acknowledge that AIDS has broken out of the homosexual community, and now, many innocent people are suffering with this disease through no fault of their own. However, the intent of the above statement is not directed to those who have innocently contracted this disease, but rather to the sinners who are spreading it. A comparison could be made to those who smoke. Smokers are opening themselves up for lung cancer; however, the people who are subjected to breathing the smoke second-hand are also subject to this disease. The person who willfully smokes is guilty of destroying their own bodies, but should those who are forced to live in the environment of the smoke, get lung cancer, they are not guilty of this sin. When we teach that smoking causes lung cancer, we are not judging or condemning those who innocently get lung cancer from breathing second-hand smoke. It is simply a true fact that smoking can cause lung cancer.
The same is true of AIDS. A homosexual life style increases the risk of that person contracting AIDS. There is no condemnation or judgment against those who innocently contract this disease through no fault of their own (for instance, through blood transfusions.) However, since AIDS is most prevalent in the homosexual community, we need to warn people of the dangers of homosexuality, so that AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases are not spread to the rest of society, as now, many heterosexuals have contracted these diseases too, through unfaithful partners.
