So how would the relationship between science and religion today be if the early church did not ostracize its members who first thought of the universe? Do you think that the current concept of God would be different? For example, not to think of God as a person, but as a state or a term to describe the collective acceptance to what the universe is and lifes roles in it. I think, there would still be religion, but I can't really say what type of religion there would be. Perhaps everyone would be Wiccan. Perhaps everyone would think of nature as being in control, and not humans being in control of nature. Perhaps if the church of the past didn't shun those early religious scientist there would be only one religion and no atheists.

Please elaborate.

Ok, I am not an idiot lets get that stright right now. I was looking at pictures from 2005 and noticed how much thinner they were. I have been on first shift now for a little over a year. Before that my husband was cooking for the kids for oh about 5 years. Now granted I know they grow and all that. But I can see it around there faces and necks and arms...ect. Now I know that it didn't happen overnight. But, when the kids don't like healthy food what do you do??? I force them all to go outside and play. I go out with them even from time to time. But, I am a busy Mom and have so much to do. If there is a web site or book or something that will help me shape up my family with the growing pant sizes please let me know.

a girl i know who is 20, had 3 kids, was on drugs really bad and didnt have a place to live. she was going from place to place with whoever would let her stay. Bottom line, the DHS was called and she failed her drug test and didnt have a job, a car, and couldnt provide proof of residence anywhere so they put them temporarily in custody with family. she was given a chance to straighten up, get a job and go to rehab and get them back. she did nothing except keep wandering from place to place doing more crack and sleeping with every guy that would do her. After a year, they terminated her rights and the oldest is in full custody of the girl's grandma, the middle one is in the custody of her dad's grandma and the youngest was recently adopted by a nice family. Now she is pregnant again and still in the same situation. do you think she should be able to keep it even though she wont change? and what do you think the DHS is likely to do about this new baby.

*For the past week, I've dreamdt about this guy I was hurt by and who I loved for 3-4 years. I got over him last year. He is my acquaintance's brother. She and I went form being friends to just acquaintances..as it got sticky after she suspected I was not over him. I had a dream last night that I was at his house and his mom was talking to me and after I asked if he had a girl friend, she said "not now, jen, he can't be committed, you're the one, he will marry you, but nows not the time for things to work like you want, give it time." It was no a dream I controled, I seriously thought it was real-life. I have been subconsiously thinking about him, as Xmas is coming around, and I might bump into him. Hello I need help on the following question part c) I need to see if I am doing it correctly!

For part c where it says to calculate the density of the liquid. To determine the density one needs to find the difference in vertical distance that the mass is not travelling due to the opposing buoyance force.

Does that mean the vertical distance from the object to the top of the surface?

Anyhow the following formula was shown to me :

k x delta h= mass of liquid x gravity

k x delta h = density of liquid x volume of mass x gravity

density of liquid = k x delta h / (volume off mass x gravity)

is this correct?

i've been havin problems with my period for as long as i can remember..i've always been irregular. But lately (last 3 months)i get waay longer period, at random times, and i feel really weak and tired whenver im on them.
