I am a manager at a hotel. First, I was hired for a sales entry level position, but because of my experince in a more senior position I was giving the Sales Manager position. Even do my job offer letter stated EMM (which is the entry level position). My pay stayed the same as an EMM. I was given a desk on the back section of the office with 4 other hispanics (even though I was suppoused to have an office because of the new position I was given). I did go to HR about this, but before anything was done I was suspended. My boss overheard me speaking with a recruiter that contacted me. The whole time I have been working for the company I've felt spoken down to and not apreciated even do I am the first one to get there and last one to leave. Number one in sales for the hotel, so they cant say is because lacck of productivity. Not enough done the Assistant went thru the company laptop and walked in on a mmeeting with myself, the hr director and sales director and showed sexy pics of myself.

My son is six and a half years old. Last year in January he was diagnosed with ADHD. I was not a parent that took this lightly and just put him on medication. I went into his classroom and spent countless hours observing his behavior often without him knowing I was there. After seeing for myself for several weeks, I decided to try the medication. He began with Concerta which shortly after was changed to Adderall. He did not take his medication during the summer, however since the school year began he dosage has been increased once. I am reluctant to increase it again, which is what his teacher is suggesting. I can not keep increasing his dosage without serious concern. If the meds are not working, when are we supposed to stop and re-evaluate the situation.I need someone with some form of experience in this. Please from one concerned parent to another.

I had just finished cycling my 3 gallon tank and put my African Dwarf Frog in and left him in there for about 2 days, and now I just added one of my Male crowntail bettas with him.Usually my frog just chills in his little cave all day, but when I added the betta, he keeps on going in the cave and starts nipping at the poor froggy, iv'e been having to fend off the betta with the blunt end of a chickabob stick, but the betta just won't leave my poor froggy alone! Any suggestions on how I can calm down the betta? I don't want to have to go out and buy another tank....

some of the carcasses were in the middle of the road but most (the deer) were on the side of the road. Does that mean they got hit just as they were entering the road or did they get hit at such high velocity, (75 mph) their bodies were tossed to the side of the road? I also want to know why IDOT doesn't get rid of the carcasses. I don't know why I need to know, but I NEED TO KNOW! Can somebody field this question with a less than idiotic answer?

For Cities that have perpetually have had Democrat mayors, why is there still poverty in overwhelming numbers? Shouldn't those Democrat mayors been able to reform welfare, hunger, healthcare in their cities? They've been in control of just about everything in cities like DC...when are the people going to realize that the Democrats just want to be in power and aren't really helping the people?

BTW - not saying that the GOP would do any better, but when 89% of a city votes Democrat (in this case, DC again), you'd think there would be some kind of Liberal utopia here.

Hi, guys I had enuresis (bedwetting) past age 12, I have been fine and of medication for about 18 months now and wont be joing rotc or an academy till prob next fall so the time will be much longer by then. Is it easy to get granted a medical waiver for this? And what are the requirements for this waiver? Any suggestions on what I can do to imporve my chances. This is my dream here I want to serve, if I get DQed I dont know what ill do with my life! I took my DoDMerb already and was truthful about it now I am just wating to here what DoDmerb has ruled me, keep in mind I attached anote from a civilain doctor saying it isnt a problem any more and am perfectly fine.

In many states (well, I know at least in Colorado), liquor stores are forced to stay closed on Sundays according to the law. And places that do sell alcohol (like the grocery store) cannot sell it to you on Sundays. Why is this? I know it's rooted in religion, but how on Earth does this law protect anyone? I can see stopping the sale of liquor at a certain time and forcing bars to close at a certain time protecting people... but what makes Sunday so special? Thanks!
