sloshing at back Breaks?

I have a Honda Civic 2003, 60,000 m. Car was driven w/ parking break on. Now there's a sloshing when I break? Should I be concerned about this?

The noise you're hearing is most likely something to do with the brake hardware, drum brakes or the drum itself. It's best to get your entire brake system checked ASAP.
