When I have no thoughts in my mind and rest in being, that is reality; when I perceive, think, and interact that is a "provisional reality," which is fantastical in the sense that it is a projection of my conditioned mind and not an absolute. "Reality" is conditioned in every era and culture by certain reference points such that the true underlying reality is obscured and even obliterated and then revisited and reinterpreted in other eras and in other cultures. For the most part for most people, "reality" is belief and subjective perception and many normal, psychologically healthy people believe quite strange and fantastical things in spite of conventional fact and reason. I don't think it is a bad thing anymore; I think it is the nature of being human.

When I read God's Word (Holy Bible), apply it to my life, and see it manifest in my life, I know it is true. I see His amazing grace, love and faithfulness too often to ever believe that He is a "fantasy" or "fiction". Have you ever tried this?
