I know not everybody does this on here, but many of you do. And as a christian, when I see other christians acting this way it makes me very sad.

So...
To the believers-- Do you really think that whatever God you believe in wants you to be rude? Do you think that it makes people want to be apart of your religion? I don't know about other bibles, but I know the christian bible tells us to simply "love one another." Not just the believers, or who we think is worthy, it says EVERYBODY. It also says "Judge not, lest ye be judged".


And to the Non Believers....
Do you really think that simply calling somebody stupid for believing in God will make them suddenly realize that they are wrong and change everything? And honestly, how does it harm you personally if I believe in God? If I pray for you will it make you drop dead? If you don't believe there is a God, then what does it really matter?

Ok, I was in the hospital for the first time in my life (besides having my son) three months ago... I went to the ER because my side was killing me and I had a really high fever. They gave me a cat scan and ran a million tests and come to find out they said I had sepsis really bad... i'm only twenty two and they said it was so unusual that a person my age would have that much bacteria in my blood and that its usually only that high in older patients. So they then diagnosed me with Toxic Shock Syndrome... so I have avoided tampons ever since of course. But here lately my side is hurting agian and at least once a day i'm saying that I don't feel good... can this stuff come back? Also, can you make it worse from drinking alcohol? I only go out maybe like once every couple months but I don't want this stuff to come back. Thanks for your help!

My boyfriend is Christian and his ex-fiance is Buddhist who may be looking to convert religions. I'm not sure if that is her true intention or if she is trying to get closer to my now boyfriend. Because of schedules it is hard for me to attend the social bible group. She showed up last week at the church when I was sick and he invited her to his social bible group which she showed up for. Unfortunately he didn't tell me about this for he thought I'd react in a way he seems trivial for he states that he has been praying for her and he is so happy she's discovering a new religion.
For their groups, they usually all go out for dinner first or some social activity and then a bible study. He had picked her up for all of this and thought it was trivial to tell me for she only needed a ride. Next week's bible study will be at her house. Why do I feel so jealous about all of this? Should this be trivial if I was looking at it thru a Christian's eyes?

I'm a 16 year old tall, white male. I constantly find myself under severe depression. I'm a junior in high school, and I have extremely low self-confidence. My social skills are lacking and I have almost no friends. I'm not on any sports teams or clubs. I'm a great soccer player, and I once tried out for the team but embarrassed myself because my confidence sucks. I'm always worried about life after high school, and going to college. I hated here in LA, and I want to move back to where my parents were born Ireland. I dream and cry about moving back to Ireland all the time, and can't wait to get out of this hell. I'm in a big family with 3 brothers and sisters and very little privacy. I love my family with all my heart, but constantly find myself pushing them away. I don't have a computer or cell phone. I want a girlfriend, but it's kind of hard to get one when I don't have a cell phone, low confidence, and a family always in my business. My grades are slipping right now, but even if I was getting straight A's I'd still always be depressed about school. I feel like I can't bend over in class or do anything in front of class. If my teacher callls me to the front of the class, I feel very uncomfortable going up the aisle. I feel like I always have to be looking up in class, or girls will think I'm looking at their behinds. I have trouble for asking for things in class, and can't look at people in the eyes. I feel like I have no life, and I feel like I'm going to be a failure. I constantly find myself depressed, and feel worthless. I have sometimes thought of suicide, but I then think about my religion, and how I can't do that. I always find myself avoiding going anywhere where there are people, and I prefer to be by myself all the time. I don't like people in Los Angeles, and I view them as snobby people. I can't wait to move back to Ireland, and that's the only thing that keeps me going. My life just seems like a mess, and I feel like a failure. I need some advice on my life.

So here we are another day,
Smiling politely at people we pass in the street going about their daily business,
As we go about ours,
I mean what’s the point? Why have we built this existence for ourselves?
Were born then spend the next 16 years learning at school then we leave and spend the next 49 years at work then if were lucky we get 10 or so years to retire and actually enjoy being alive,
I mean sure we have little perks in life like a nice car and surround ourselves with gadgets and gizmos to make it all more bearable,
That we can only buy if we follow the system set out above but if you ask me 90% of the human race seems to of lost the point of being a living breathing animal,
When you come down to it that’s all we are ANIMALS,
Just like lions or tiger, monkeys and birds,
You don’t see them learning and working?
I know what you’re thinking, “That’s what separates man from beast”
Well I can’t really argue with that,
Can I?
You know when you get home from work after you have cooked some dinner and settle down in front of the TV and you see some documenty about a tribe who live miles from the advanced world,
They don’t follow the same system we do yet they’re alive, happy, and im not sure on this but it seems like they have no crime and they all work as a team,
That’s what we use to be like until we “bettered” ourselves
Im not so sure we took the right road?
Yes we have technology and warm houses, running water etc but we also have murderers paedophiles and countless other bad things that im afraid to say we have created in our bid to make the world a better place,
If we could wipe the slate clean and start again I think I would try and keep the simple things you see that tribe on TV doing like building your own house with the help of your neighbours growing vegetables and keeping animals for your area having a social point like a big meeting hut/house where your tribe/neighbours meets to discuss important things,
Im not talking about living in the jungle and prancing round with spears im all for technology but im also for actually living my life and not spending all my time learning at school so I can go to work and pay the government all my money so they can then screw me over buy raising the tax on every item I buy to make my life feel just slightly worthwhile!
Im sure my system would have flaws but the best thing about it is we can actually spend time doing things together no longer does the dad have to miss his son/daughters first steps because he’s at work so some government official can buy another yacht community spirit would be alive,
Just like when your Nan use to tell you “I remember when you could leave your front door unlocked”

I have been dating my current girlfriend for a year and 10 months, today!! And to this day...my ex-girlfriend still calls me, begging me to take her back. i dated her for 9 months, that is all!! Me and her had a very sexual relationship, i might add.
I am an 18-yr. old, who is in love and she can't get it thru her head that i WILL NOT take her back, her sister and her family try and they cant get her to understand. i understand women can't drop their feelings at the snap of their fingers....but come on, almost 2 years? What should i do?

is swimming around in my aquarium, he is about 1cm long and I see him occasionally, he is tiny.

What is it? how did it get there and is it bad? I also have snails, they probably came in with plants I bought.

Saying you turn atheist because "Africa is starving" isn't going to cut it. It's not really valid, and if you ever wondered the Qur'an and maybe the bible has the answers.

In the UK many people who are elderly and possibly to old or ill to look after themselves go in many cases to care homes or nursing homes. Yet here in Spain it is the duty of the family to look after and care for their elderly loved ones. If the UK adopted the Spanish system would it just be looked on as government cuts, or should families bear that responsibility.

I mean, why not? Would that be cool or what? It would complement and fill the gap between the truck and cup series. It would be a complete marketing circle for the car makers currently in Nascar plus it might force Toyota to build a V8 rear wheel drive Supra!

So give me a constructive answer on what you think.

It's been a rumor read on Jayski.com. One point Nascar made was how long would those body styles be around in the future considering the Mustang is the only one that never went away.
However, I think they will be around long enough to be worth it for them to do it. Plus people have really been pushing to seperate the Nationwide Series from the Sprint Cup series either by changing the car's or by allowing comitted season Cup drivers to compete but not giving them any points since it's become a Cup drivers easy pickin's.

Both idea's are good and would be good for everyone involved including the fans!

So tell me what you think.................

I have a girlfriend who i've been living with for 3 months now and I love her or I think I do..She left her family, friends and city to come live with me and loves me so much but now I dont feel the way I used to feel about her..things between us is becoming like a routine now and she talks about a future that i dont see myself endulging in...It gets worse as I am talking to someone who seems to be more fun than my girlfriend..I dont know if I should end my relationship or tell my girlfriend about my feelings and let her decide..
