Its like anything else. Is alcohol a sin? Is sex a sin? Is gambling a sin? It depends on what you do with it.. Do you control it or does it control you? As Christians you are expected to practice self-discipline. You are not to conform to what feels natural, but rather you are to rise above your base or natural inclinations.
So a person who wears a dress as a joke or dare isn't committing a sin. If a person wears women's clothes to be funny, it is not a sin. However if a person wears woman's clothes to heighten his masturbation then yes, that's a sin. If a person is addicted to crossdressing then that's a sin. If a person has a propensity toward compulsive crossdressing then he should gain control over himself. Place some limits on his crossdressing habits and do not go hog wild... Self-control is a virtue.

There is a passage that says that men should look like men and women like women. Now I am para phasing. I do believe that God is looking for honest hearts. So is crossing-dressing honest? Is there some deception in cross-dressing? These are true questions right. So what it comes down to is case by case bases. Each person that cross-dresses is going to be judge on what in their hearts not out-ward appearances. In the end we cannot judge because Jesus asks us not to.

What you interpret from the bible is a personal gain.
A lot of things in the bible can be morphed to fit anything.
And Old Testament is cancelled due to Jesus paying for our sins.
I'm not saying don't follow ten commandments or anything.
*I'm not saying be a christian either. I'm Agnostic*
In the old Testament, it is a sin for men to shave. :]
Some countries have situations where clothing can be considered cross dressing.
Kilts can be skirts, yet they are for men....
So the answer for your question is somewhat up for you to decide.
It all depends on your personal interpretation in the bible.
Overall, God does not think less of us either way.
Remember, Christians believe God does not go closer or farther from us.
We go closer or farther from him.

Yes according to the hadist of Muhammad pbuh muslims is not allowed to wear cross dressing and also so tight clothes.

it's not a sin. What you say is correct. I wear my boyfriend boxer shorts for bed but it dont make me a cross dresser. its just comfortable. Men, well some men look good in womens clothes although i wouldnt like it if my fella wore them. Id probably laugh. Still its no sin!!!!!

Ok Bra could be only exception, but other than that, If i wrap a towel around me coming outta the bath, is it a skirt and I am damned for all time - think not...

Its everybody's right to wear. so what boys with faminist qualities like to wear ladies dress. similarly girls enjoy dress of men like any thing. Indeed they look nice. similarly boys wearing girls dress give relief to so many waiting boy friends

No, everyone on the planet dresses in individual drag everyday.
It would be a very boring world if everyone wore exactly the same clothing.
