I've been using a treadmill to run for the past few months, but I've been having these urges to run outside, but I don't live in a very safe neighborhood. So I've just been curious if running on the treadmill has the same affect as other running, like through the neighborhood.

Anyone know?

I have a very bad--I mean severe-- phobia of loss of control/ dignity. I don't know the actual term, but I just know that I completely lose control of myself when faced with medical procedures because I feel like they can do anything to me even if I say no. I also have bad problems with rape, diet, etc. I need to get my blood drawn soon-- I never have and need to be tested for diabetes-- and last time I tried I ran to the bathroom and stayed locked there until they promised I didn't have to do it. It's embarrassing. Does anyone know exercises or something to do that could help?

I like this guy called Danny 20 well i think i do but am always nervous round him and he talks about sex he never replies to my text wheneva i say lets meet him? But his Friend Jamie
texts me often and he tells me stuff like Danny is just after one thing he just users girls and stuff. I asked Danny about Jamie and he said he likes to get one over on him and Danny never texts me and Jamie does and he has a girl friend and Jamie 24 also texts my 14 year old cousin.

In a conversation having nothing to do with religion someone reveals their religious affiliation (or non-affliation). They do not continue on about it nor do they bring it up again. Would this be rude?


Depending on how it is done this would probably end the conversation in most situations but would this be rude?

.....rolled it in flour, and put it in a pan of hot olive oil. and after a short time, it turned into a pile of fish-goop. i wasnt even able to flip the fish over, cuz it imploded. it ended up as a hot, sticky, ball of oily mush.
just when i realized i should have broiled it, the show 'Kitchen Nightmares' came on.

My great grandma is in the hospital dying right now and my uncle has a terminal cancer and he's dying and I'm crying a lot and I want to be alone and I want to visit my dying great grandma at the hospital and my dad wants me to come to his mom's house for Thanksgiving. He's getting ill and violent and I'm already crying over my family member's dying! Help.

I'm making the cornbread for cornbread stuffing right now and I've never baked before the recipe asks for 2/3 cup milk and i looked in my cabinets and only found a 1/2 cup measuring cup.

Is 2/3 less or more than 1/2 cup?

i dunno anything will help...please?
