I keep His Sabbath (Saturday) because He asked me to.

That's a great question! Religious Jews are obligated to follow all the laws given to us by Moses and it is the only ritual mentioned in the Ten Commandments.
The Torah tells us that (Ex. 31:14), "You shall keep the Sabbath, for it is holy to you; any one who profanes it shall be put to death. For whoever does any work on that day shall be cut off from his people."

So by keeping the Sabbath we stay linked to every Jew that lived, is living, and will live.

The Talmud flatly states, "Breaking the Sabbath is like worshipping idols."

Classical Judaism does not recognize such divisions as Orthodox, Conservative and Reform. There were basically only two kinds of Jews, The Sabbath Observer (Shomer Shabbos), and the Sabbath Violator (MeChallel Shabbos).

So then if G-d requires us to rest because He has rested, and if keeping the Sabbath connects you to the entire Jewish people and if it is the ONLY ritual in the main laws (Ten Commandments) then it only makes sense to do it!

Personally I enjoy it, it is a time to take a break from the world and spend time with friends and family.

It also connects me with the traditions of my forefathers.

I take pride in observing the Sabbath in the same way my ancestors Moses and David did

Colossians 2:16 Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Actually, my friend....thanks be to God, I do NOT.

St. Paul was very specific when he declared "judging the keeping of a sabbath" as legalistic, unnecessary and counterproductive.

1 Cor. 16:2 - Paul instructs the Corinthians to make contributions to the churches "on the first day of the week," which is Sunday. This is because the primary day of Christian worship is Sunday.

Col. 2:16-17 - Paul teaches that the Sabbath was only a shadow of what was fulfilled in Christ, and says "let no one pass judgment any more over a Sabbath."

Isaiah 1:13 - God begins to reveal His displeasure with the Sabbath.

Matt. 28:1; Mark 16:2,9; John 20:1,19- the Gospel writers purposely reveal Jesus' resurrection and appearances were on Sunday. This is because Sunday had now become the most important day in the life of the Church.

Acts 20:7 - this text shows the apostolic tradition of gathering together to celebrate the Eucharist on Sunday, the "first day of the week." Luke documents the principle worship was on Sunday because this was one of the departures from the Jewish form of worship.

2 Thess. 2:15 - we are to hold fast to apostolic tradition, whether it is oral or written. The 2,000 year-old tradition of the Church is that the apostles changed the Sabbath day of worship from Saturday to Sunday.

Heb. 4:8-9 - regarding the day of rest, if Joshua had given rest, God would not later speak of "another day," which is Sunday, the new Sabbath. Sunday is the first day of the week and the first day of the new creation brought about by our Lord's resurrection, which was on Sunday.

Heb. 7:12 - when there is a change in the priesthood, there is a change in the law as well. Because we have a new Priest and a new sacrifice, we also have a new day of worship, which is Sunday.

Rev 1:10 - John specifically points out that he witnesses the heavenly Eucharistic liturgy on Sunday, the Lord's day, the new day of rest in Christ.

Matt. 16:19; 18:18 - whatever the Church binds on earth is bound in heaven. Since the resurrection, Mass has been principally celebrated on Sunday.

Sabbath is Saturday...

Yes, I do keep it.... I rest. =o)

Sunday is the Lord's day... the day Jesus rose from the dead.

I go to Church on Sunday, although I used to go on Saturday. If I cannot make it on Sunday, I still go on Saturday evening... if I cannot go on those days or both days, I try going during the week.
