You never said what it's for ?? Any will Do just add an extra egg if You want it airy or If You like Heavier When it's baked Lay a Clean dish towel on it PRESS & Walla Perfect !

Want to make a cake?
Buy the cheapest cake mix then:
add 1 more egg than required,
add 1 teaspoon of vanila extract
and beat the mixture longer than recommended.
Bake per instructions.

We DO NOT use cake mix.
We make cakes from scratch.

Use the one with pudding in the mix, it's real moist.
