how long does pot stay in your system?
my girlfriend smoked 2 grams today and her parents are thinking of taking her in for a drug test. is there any way to get by that? what can she do to avoid getting caught?

Using Zaitsev's rule...

A. (E)-hex-2-ene
B. hex-1-ene
C. (Z)-hex-2-ene
D. They are all equal


I understand Zaitsev's rule, where more substituted double bonds are usually more stable, i just don't understand the nomenclature of the compounds. I've never heard of hex-1-ene before or anything like that.

Women care LESS about LOOKS than MEN..

Is that why you see alot of BEAUTIFUL women with UGLY looking GUYS cuz they don't really care for LOOKS as much as GUYS do...

Even like the guys I know are REALLY picky about how a GIRL looks like she has to be really Pretty and stuff...but alot of GIRLS care more if hes NICE or whatever...

Q: So why don't we; as a Nation, "Agree to Disagree" and simply move on. Currently there are 14 states who are openly questioning whether they wish to actually remain as part of our United States. As the State of Texas moves closer to being counted as becoming 50% Mexican, THAT is in fact the only State within our Union that can legally by "Popular Vote" do so. Other places like Portland, Oregon, sourthern California and 5 other northeastern seaboard states are suggesting the very same thing. So Why Not Have A Public Debate on whether we are still a United Nation or Not? Today as the Blue "ONLY" Viewing Liberals are so consumed with hatred for all others who might disagree with them, next the Right-to-Life voters are not much better and lastly, as the real Conservatives who create all the jobs, run the all the successful companies are becoming tired of both factions, AGAIN, So why can't we have a open debate... Should we split the sheets or not? Let's talk about it!

I'm only working part-time (full-time student) and I'm planning to quit in another six months (making ten months in total for first job). I'm already looking into other jobs and possibly internships for when that time comes around. Anyway, does it even matter how long you've stayed ... especially when you just work part-time? If they are private companies and for profit - how are they allowed to have our private information - keep a file on us - then turn around and charge us to see it?

I know we get one free credit report a year - but lets just say I start a file on you. Only let you see it once a year unless you pay me. This has your social security number and address in it AND affects your life in a major way. It could keep you from getting jobs and housing. How is that legal?

as we all know, thanksgiving is tomorrow, but i just got in a really bad fight with my mom. I tried to use Yahoo Answers to get ideas for a project i have to do (I have to make a model of just about anything i want), but i cant find an idea. my mom thought i was cheating and flipped. i told her i just wanted ideas and she thought that i was getting them from "high school dropouts who intend to have you try to drop out (i go to a really good school, which she holds in really high regard and would probably disown me if i got kicked out...)." Although i know i should probably make up with her cause, one tomorrow's thanksgiving and i should be counting my blessings instead of fuming, and two, she's my mom and although we have fights i should forgive her, but i can't bring myself to cause, well we had a fight... what should i do? and i guess i could use some ideas for my project, if you don't mind... the only rule is it has to relate to western civ and it has to be made of stuff < $100...
