answer then read if there's not that many good answers but if there's alot of lengthy answers,i'll take my time to read it so it doesnt seem like i'm stealing ideas when i answer and if some1 covered my idea,i dont answer or think of a different rant :]

I usually skim over the answers to make sure I won't be the black sheep, then I answer. lol And sometimes I just want to give my opinion quickly, and I don't care what anyone else thinks.
