I don't thing she really dead. I know that Nick is going too see her but Nathalia(Emily) going to be on Northwest Afternoon next week and she will put the rumors at rest. I hope she tell us she not leaving in Mai 2008. I know that on Gh there will be a BIG TWIST.

It's sad to say, but Emily really is dead........and what a shame for all the fans. It's my understanding from the soap magazines, that she will be "haunting" Nick just like Alan does to Tracy. Along with the blackouts, this will probably drive Nick completely over the edge.
This is especially sad because the character of Emily could have simply been recast......she is an important character. Just because Natalia Livingston (Emil y) wanted to go on to do other things is no reason to "kill" Emily off. After all, she was a recast for Amber Tamblyn (previous Emily) way back when.

yes she is really dead. natalia decided she wanted to do others things so bob decided to kill her off because he didnt want to recast emily with anybody other than natalia. he said because her and tyler have great chemistry together and didnt really want to put him through that with another actress

Yes, she is leaving the show when her contract runs out, they have said though if in the future she would like to return to GH they already have ideas to bring her back to life.

Yes, she is. Her ghost will probably hang around until May, when Natalia's contract is up. I think Coop killed her and Leticia and tried to strangle Carly.
