my daughter won't speak to me because she says i bullied/neglected her as a chil.d. i sent her a lot of money one birthday. she never thanked me and still doesn't want contact. i've stopped bothering sending cards. i heard through a relative that my daughter has complained that i don't send her stuff any more. what's the point when the effort is not reciprocated?

Ok. Recently I was arrested at my place of employment for a criminal charge. Well when the police officer came there and asked me questions I told him "I'm not answering anything. I want my lawyer." When I got down to the precinct I am again questioned by a detective without my lawyer. i feel they pressured me to talk even after i told the officer I want my lawyer. Were my rights violated? If so, that would make the arrest unlawful. The things I told them led to someone elses arrest. Could the other persons arrest and my testimony be thrown out due to the law "fruit of the poisonous tree"?

We both like one another alot, but it is very clear to me that she is still in love with her X. The interesting thing is that when she dated him she was still in love with her X before that. To make it more interesting they were all engaged. We are both 20. So it goes like this:

Timeline:

Countless previous BFs that were meaningless
X1 - Dumped him after 3 years
X2 - While Together still was in love with X1; in the end dumped after 1 year
X3 - Got over X1 but was now in love with X2; in the end she dumped him also after 8 months
ME!! Still in love with X3

I am not comfortable dating her because of it,but still have hope, am i crazy for wasting my time. What are some thoughts

my husband has on and off said that he wished he owned a soldering iron.
this year i want to surprise him by giving him one.. only problem is.. i have no idea what a soldering iron is.
and if i ask him, he'll know.
and if i ask at the store, the salesperson will do a job on me and have me spending way more then i need to.
sadly, this has happened to me on more then one occassion.

so..
here i am asking your advice.

what is a soldering iron?

he wants one just for around the house (not for frequent or heavy duty work) which brands do you recommend?

Does anyone know of any good tips on how to find out if he really is cheating. I need evidence so I can prove it. I'm fairly sure he might be, but it could just be flirting which i'll still dump him for, but for peace of mind i still wanna know for sure if he is in fact cheating cuz it'll help me get over him quicker. I keep getting a dull ache in my left kidney, I am 9 weeks pregnant. It doesnt hurt when i go to the toilet i just get a ache every now and again.
Saturday night i had a couple of sharp pains in my left side too but they were where my kidneys are.

Is this where my body is moving everything around and normal, or kidney infection?
Ive had a kidney infection before and it dont feel like this...
