I have been dating this guy for around a month. Tonight I was working and he went out with his friends. Around 3am I talked to him and they were headed to see if another bar was still open...he asked me to call back in an hour. When I did a girl answered and said "he was busy" and to call back in 2 hours...(she was super rude and made it sound like "they" were busy if you know what I mean) well I sent him a few nasty text messages, then got a call at 5:30 where he was all "confused". He said it must have been his friend's wife's sister who was out with them, cause he had left his phone on the table...and that she must have thought that would be funny. Am I am idiot to believe him? I had talked to him a couple times during the night and he was all "sweetie this" and "babe that" in front of everyone...so except for the one call where she answered nothing was out of the ordinary.

All the turkey gravy recipes I find call for making a roux out of flour and butter, then adding your stock/drippings. I have burned the roux before, or not cooked it long enough so the gravy tasted gritty. And there is the chance of lumps.

Thickening with cornstarch is easier and more fool proof, but will it taste as good?

My cousin who is 11 years old has separation anxiety. She is staying over our house for the weekend, and she can't stop crying when she gets off the phone with her mom. Her parents are on their anniversary. Her mom always takes her side, and she treats her like a baby. I don't know what to do. She won't listen to anyone either. Her mom doesn't want to go to a phyciatrist (don't know if I spelled it right). I really need some advice!! I don't know what to do or how to help her. Is he into me or just being friendly? I work at a restaurant in the airport and he works in a coffee place not too far down from where I work in the airport as well. I get off work before him and I have to walk by where he works to get out of the airport. He will always see when I walk by and call me in to the coffee shop and make me a free drink. Or he'll come by my workplace and visit other co-workers but always makes sure that I acknowledge his presence while he's there.

i'm having trouble hatching bbshrimp eggs,i find it hard to catch&wash,before feeding to fry,now my airation(pump ect)died.Any easy recomendations?I can not buy any appropriate food for fry.I started with egg yolk,but want to move onto second foods for one lot.

I am nearsighted, so i can read fine without glasses or contacts. But when i had contacts for a few months to help me see far away, I noticed that i read slower. Did anyone else ever have that problem or do you think it was all in my mind?

Anthony and Sissy are in a rollerskating dance championship. While 75 kg Anthony rollerskates backwards at 3.0 m/s, 60 kg Sissy jumps into his arms with a velocity of 5 m/s in the same direction.

How fast does the pair roll backwards together?

My water heater is acting up. It doesn't seem to hold enough hot water. This just started recently. It does heat up water, but the hot water will only last for 3-5 minutes, then it would suddenly turn ice cold. I nearly froze to death the first time it happened to me (JK). xP

I called up the company because the water heater is still in warranty. The guy said the parts are free but I have to pay for shipping. If I need someone to install the parts, it would cost me nearly $70 per hour for labor. A brand new water heater (that's comparable to the one I have right now) is only $200!

I want to try to fix it myself...

Does anyone have any experience with water heaters and know what might be wrong with mine?
