seem to suggest (some not all) that the owner's of homes affected by these disasters should have known better and were foolish to live in that area. Are the people who live in "border towns" subject to the same logic? It would be a reasonable assumption that illegal immigrants would migrate to the closest U.S. city or town? Thanks. This is a debate about logic . . . not immigration or natural disasters.

Why does it seem that resonce has larger infulence than oppostion while both represent case of encountering each other - and you may say that every resonance(when they encounter) is oppsition. So what is the big deal of resonance ?

i have a 3 months old english sheepdog. cause i live in tropical country, so he sleeps with me in my room with aircon. the problem is he can poo anywhere and anytime...this thing going me crazy. any idea to solve my problem? i try to walk himevery morning and afternoon, so he could poo outside.

i have recently changed the bullet for the exhaust system. usually i used 5 gear for driving even at low rpm, 1000rpm. now i must use 3 gear at low rpm. however the 1,2,3 gear peformance is better in torque and 4,5 gear is also better at high speed. what is wrong?

I was at the SPCA yesterday, like I am regularly, and a couple brought in 3 puppies to be surrendered.

Well the puppies were Heinz 57's and the were loaded with fleas. (and I mean loaded!) Well, the SPCA refused to accept them since they were only about 6 weeks old.(Their policy is no animal under 8 weeks old.)

These people got very upset and threatened to not let the SPCA clinic NOT fix their female dog on Monday because they wouldn't take in the puppies. This couple claim that they have 11 dogs at their home and they just couldn't handle the 3 extra puppies for 2 weeks.

I gave the couple my business card and told them I would take in the puppies if they couldn't handle them for the next two weeks.

If you were there, what would you have done?
