well if i will say 121,493,294,990,120 when you'll read will be like 121,493,294,990,210 so it's imposible to say exactly.

Depends on when you think we started counting. There are 3.15 x 10^7 seconds each year. So, over the last 2007 years, that would be about 63 billion seconds. If you go further back, humans have been living in groups and forming societies for very roughly the last 100,000 years, which would be about 3 trillion seconds.
