I want to assume you're talking about templates for external corners on Lumber to be used with another tool?

The only way to join an external corner would be to mitre the joint as in skirting board joints/coving etc.
using a jig would not be possible as the round edge would not match up. You can use an angle finder to work out if the angle is 90 or not and using the router and the worktop jig as a straight edge cut the mitre. this will give a sharp corner though which can be cut using the profiles on the jig to give a 45 or round profile.
It is a comlex set of cuts and I wish you well
