Don't bother with it. It's pretty much a standard card with the PayPal logo emblazoned on the face. The PayPal card is currently issued via GE Money Bank. About the only benefit (other than no annual fee) is some supposed extra protection offered when you purchase ON PayPal payment system using the PayPal credit card.
