I've always been interested in astonomy and would like to purchase a telescope to view various constellations, heavenly bodies, and planets. I don't want to spend a lot of money because it would just be a hobby. What kind of telescope should I get? Like I said, I would like something powerful enough to see planets (not necessarily really detailed, just enough that it's recognizable). I'm clueless in this area and need as much advice as possible. Thanks!!! Oh... price estimates for your suggestions would be nice as well.

I bought two beardies in September(male & female), im concerned that the male is growing much faster than the female(she eats very little) im worried that the bigger he gets the more aggressive he will become toward her or will they be ok having been kept together since day 1?

I have two dogs, a male bichon and a female maltese
I have a queen size bed that only I and them sleep in, however, they insist on sleeping either on top of me or on top of each other
My maltese generally likes to sleep in my face on my pillow or draped over my chest with her ear to my heart
My male bichon likes to lay on my stomach or shoulder.
Some nights I'm crunched between the two, or have both of them in my face breathing all over my neck
It's very funny and cute most of the time, but with all the space on the bed, why do they enjoy doing this so much?

I am currently under contract to sell my home (a primary residence) in NYC. At the date of closing, I will have lived in my home for just over 3 years. Can someone please confirm that I will be eligible to exclude any capital gains tax on the profits I make on the sale? The profits amount to less than $250k. I have read tax code 121 several times over, and my only confusion lies with the "within 5 years of the date of sale" language. Does this mean that I need ownership of at least 5 years? Please advise!

my friend went home with my roomate this past week and i was sick thursday so both of us didn't go to biology..the teacher gave a test back and told everyone to make corrections and they can get half the points back. Well we found this out and she sent and email saying she has a death in the family and she DIDNT...shes letting her do corrections under those circumstances bc its understandable..i said i was sick and she said sorry you cant make them up..what should I do?

I really want to go toher and be like nobody died!
but thats wrong?

No matter how much we care for them and try to relieve the good old memories with them, we need to understand that THEY are not the same person whom we live with.

The past is past, the moment when they decided a break off, they are a CHANGED person, its time to move on. whether you still contact or not, the relationship is not the same anymore.

the most difficult part is to still live in hope that he/she will come back to u, if they would, they will do so. don't live in false hope as reality is cruel.

What is something I can make with eggs.

I dont want an omlet, scrambled, benidicks (sp), sunny side up.
Nothing like that.

Something different that you dont normally have everyday, or even every week, or month. Something that is rare, yet has ingredence that are in almost every average kitchen.
