im thinking of puttin bamboo on one side of my house about 30ft away for shade from the mid-day sun but a friend of mine told me that it draws alot of birds and insects

Um... I know what karate is but.. I'm not sure what the whole point of it is... Like... Is it just about breaking things in half or something or is it actually something that you compete with a person... Sorry to be dumb on this.. I am really confused...

In the beginning, where Linguini messes the soup up, but Ratatouille fixes it. It looks like a white creamy soup.

Does anyone know what it is called or if it really is a real soup?

I didn't recycle very much until this week... In one week I had completely filled, by myself, one blue recycling box. Without even thinking about it and with very little effort!

So why don't you? If your workplace doesn't offer recycling, why not demand it?

Plastic bags are estimated to take 500-1500 years to degrade. Why not recycle them? Instead of using plastic water bottles & tossing them, get a water purifier and use a reusable water bottle. Cost is less than $30 and you'll have significantly less garbage.

Why don't you recycle?

A guy & I who have been family friends for decades.We fell in love after being best friends.7 years best friends 5 years in love.We are committed couple in love just like any other couple.I called him at work to ask him if he had called mailed chatted with me or was it someone else earlier told him we have to meet up to talk about it.He asked me what my name was!After i told him who i am he said hes at work busy to call later.I havent called him wont call at work but im worried about his tone of voice when we spoke first time when i called him at work.He almost sounded like he was talking to stranger.Whats stranger dual split act?All he says is busy or say lets talk later working all the time as hes doctor hes too busy to mess around ive family friends who work with him.Im just shocked surprised he suddenly sounded that way

I've only kissed one guy ever!Thats how pathetic I am!
I have a good personality and people tell me I'm pretty but I don't seem to get the guys!I do go out clubbing and have a great laugh.I have lots of brilliant guys friends at college but thats all they are just friends.They never seem interested in anything more.
I'm really feeling down about still being a virgin and I'm afraid that my inexperience will put guys off.I feel like the longer I leave it the more afraid of the pain the first time I get!

I went from a Christian to an atheist over the last six months. Suddenly I am having a hard time even being able to comprehend why a rational person would believe in God. It seems odd to me, considering I used to believe, myself. I need to find a way to relate to theists because I do not ever want to come across as disrespectful. Help?

Okay.
Me, on this computer I am hooked to the end of a cable serving DHCP. I have an internal non-routable ip address of 192.168.1.whatever. In turn that is translated to a static public IP-address served to us by a local company who in turn gets their IPs and bandwidth from At+t. That's as far as I can figure it.
I would like to know who or what lies at the root of the IP tree. What system or organization makes sure that the four and a quarter billion available addresses don't collide?

My father-in-law and mother-in-law are divorced. They both remarried other people. My father-in-law got divorced again from his new wife about a month ago. When my FIL and MIL were married they had friends together. My FIL recently came in contact with one of their old friends who is also divorced. She also happened to be my MIL’s good friend when they were still married. They took a vacation in Key West together already. I hope you aren’t too confused yet. LOL!

Anyway, my husband and I had made plans to have our first Thanksgiving together this year. We’ve been married for a while but every year we go to another family member’s house for festivities. This was our year. My FIL was invited to come to our house for Thanksgiving this year.

Then the other day he invited us to come to his new girlfriend’s house [my MIL’s good friend] for Thanksgiving. My husband knows her and her family from when his parents were still together. I don’t want to go for many reasons. 1. I feel bad for my MIL and I think it’s wrong. 2. We already invited him here and he knew we were doing our own Thanksgiving. 3. We had planned to have this one at our house.

My husband doesn’t want to tell his dad we aren’t going and doesn’t understand why I don’t want to go. Furthermore, he hasn’t the slightest idea how to tell him that we don’t want to go. Any suggestions? Advice? Opinions? Anything would be useful!

I would like to have a party for my daughters 2nd birthday. We just had a 4th birthday party for my son last month and spent about $500.00 so we are looking for something more inexpensive. What is a lie?

I have somebody walk into the office and say what do you think about *x*. I say she is horrible she isn’t doing anything blah blah blah.

She walks in. I say what’s up? She says how am I doing? I say you are doing your best, that’s all we asked. Keep going.

Is that a lie? Or do you base your responses on other peoples feelings? Do you lie to yourself so they feel better? Or do you just rip them apart?

Do you lie to them or yourself? Or do you put yourself ouside of your scenario and look at it another way.

So the point is do you lie because of them or you?
