I appeared for H1B visa in chennai consulate and got 221G with following details.
__A copy of the contract between the U.S. employment agency (petitioner) and the job site (the location where you will actually work).

__A letter (on letterhead) from the personnel department at the U.S. job site stating that there is a vacancy for you.

__The applicant’s complete itinerary of services, including company names and addresses.

__A detailed and specific description of the internal development project to which you will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, employer, timeline, and current status, number of employees assigned, worksite location, and marketing analysis for the final product.

Has anyone got this letter for H1B and got it resolved? What should I OR my employer provide? Please let me know.

Hello guys, Im ready to get my first couple of tattoos but need sum input. Do any of you guys know a really good spot that does awesome work.

Please dont say Jade Dragon because that place sucks. I've gotten nothin but negative horror stories from friends and people I know who have gotten tattoos there.

Many people today have said the IPCC is a liberal political group when in fact it is a scientific body. Do people really think that politicians could analyze and summarize thousands of scientific papers? Or do they simply lie about the IPCC in an attempt to undermine its credibility, since the IPCC is the foremost authority on climate science?

On top of that, mission_viejo has repeatedly lied about the IPCC, claiming that it had concluded that humans are not responsible for the current warming, when it specifically concludes otherwise.

Do people really not know what the IPCC is, or do they engage in ad hominem attacks because they can't dispute the science?

I'll start from the beginning... first off... he's a year younger (please, no rude comments... age is nothing but a number :)) I've fallen for him, and I'm pretty sure he likes me, too, but I still have a slight doubt. We're already good friends. He's in two of my classes. He's very understanding. I like him soo much that my stomach feels really weird and so does my throat... but the weird part is... I like that feeling... knowing I'll get to see him. But, I've been hurt by a few guys before. I would love to ask him out, but I'm a little shy. What do I do? I want to be done with this! Ok, since like when I turned 13, I have been having these messed up feelings. I have gotten way more sensitive then before. Things that haven't amde me cry before make me cry now. Whenever I am frustrated, it hits me alot harder then it would've in my younger years. I've leanred about mood swings and all that stuff is this what is happening with me? I always feel some kind of sadness weighing over me and i have no idea why!

ok this little girl olivia is 3. she claims she sees ghost. she says there s a ghost in her house and she hates her. the ghost is cythia and she sleeps in olivias crib she claims.oliva has out berst out of nower about cynthea and screams at cythia for no reason and oliva says she is scared. should i belive her??? why is she doing this if she dosnt see cynthea???

I have to go to London England and I was thinking of using RyanAir to visit cities like Parise, Rome, etc etc. Has anyone used RyanAir and if so, do you recommend it? Does anyone know a cheaper alternative to using RyanAir like another flight company or train?
