Probably Hinduism.
Buddhists come from many more places and most of them eat meat (Chinese, Japanese, Thai). Hindus are typically vegetarian at least in India...when they move out, many of them decide to take on the typical diet there.

Not sure about worldwide statistics. It does differ in different regions.
The Mahayana school of teaching encourages vegetarian (monks/nuns are vegetarian). Thus, in countries like China, and Taiwan where Mahayana teaching is dominant, there are more vegetarians in Buddhism.
The Theravada (Thailand, Sri Lanka etc) and Tibetan school of Buddhism does not promote vegetarian (they follow the 'pure' meat definition -- not killed personally, not witnessed and not killed specifically for them). Majority of Budhists are non-vegeterian in these countries.
