I would like to find a Female parti poodle in spring TX, How rare are they?

On June 1st 2007 my son was at school and playing around he got a small stick and was going to place it on somebodies neck to make them freak out thinking something was on their neck. What happened was he accidentaly poked one kid in his ear.
School never contacted me.
I did not hear about this until late July, because my son told me that the kid said he was ok.
In july I get a call from the kid's mother, saying that it got worse, I agreed to pay all MEDICAL bills.
In September I get the bills for gas,medical bills (w/o reciept), and some tennis club membership. I disagreed to pay until she signs a liability waiver. She diened and dragged the school etc... The archiocese paid her $1000.
From later September to now there was no contact.
Today I got a letter from a law firm pretty much saying I am being sued.
What can I expect in court?
How much can she get from me?
Do I have any chance? I don't think so

mine came this afternoon when Nirvanas unplugged was on MTV. 14 years to this week was the first airing... I remember seeing it live on the tele. 14 YEARS AGO.

my period was due on Monday the 12th and it's Saturday the 17th and I still have no period...my husband and I are hoping i'm preg...but I took a test this morning and it came out negative...and then I was reading alot online about false negatives and the information said that false negatives are very rare...and it might mean you had a misscarge...so I'm scared I had a misscarage...but I have no bleeding at all still...so I'm confused to why my periods late...I had sex on all my fertile days and then some...idk i'm just confused...I really hope I'm pregnant. any help??

why did people get so upset? As Americans we make fun of all accents and it seems that only certain people are singled out for doing it. For example, I have not yet heard of anyone being upset with The Simpsons for having a very stereotypical Easter Indian on there. (Abu) Also, the American accent as a whole is made fun of overseas. That doesn't really bother me. So, why were people so upset?

All these long layoffs are hurting baseball. Very few series go to 7 games anymore and the competition is slipping. MLB made it's schedule to appease the FOX network so it could work around House and some of their other shows. Doing this has created longer layoffs than EVER before and giving certain teams unfair advantages.

Has the MLB allowed FOX to mess up the postseason?

There was this case in the local hospital's Intensive Care ward where patients always died in the same bed, on Sunday morning at 11 a.m., regardless of their medical condition.
This puzzled the doctors and some even thought that it had something to do with the supernatural. Why the death? So the doctors decided to investigate further and go down to the ward to investigate the cause of the strange incidents. So, on the next Sunday morning few minutes before 11 a.m., all doctors and nurses nervously waited outside the ICU ward to see for themselves what the terrible phenomenon was all about. Some were holding wooden crosses, prayer books and other holy objects to ward off the evil... Just when the clock struck 11...




Santa Singh, the part-time Sunday sweeper, entered the ward and unplugged the life support system so that he could use the vacuum cleaner.

SAN DIEGO - A volunteer firefighter who helped battle one of last month's wildfires in San Diego County pleaded guilty years ago to setting several destructive wildfires.

Steven Santos Robles Jr. has been returned to prison because he violated parole by failing to tell his parole officer he had joined the Ranchita Volunteer Fire Department, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported.

Robles is not suspected of setting any of last month's fires, state fire officials said.

"We have had no other problems with him until this point," said Jerome Marsh, a spokesman for the state parole department.

Robles, 30, pleaded guilty a decade ago to setting seven San Diego County wildfires that charred thousands of acres and destroyed about a dozen homes while he was a volunteer firefighter.

He was sentenced to 18 years in prison but was paroled in May.

No background check was required when he was accepted last month as a volunteer with the department in Ranchita, a community of 160 peopl

To tell you the truth African Americans, or black people born in America look down on Africans that are from Africa. There has always been that dark skinned to light skinned stereotype within the black race. So personally before black people scream out racism outside their race, they need to fix the racism inside the race.

I have a 2002 Mountaineer and it's been working perfectly but I just went to turn it on and it wouldn't start. I put the key in the ignition and it won't move to start the car. Someone told me the steering column might be locked. Can that be it and if so how can I unlock it?
