The answer is B. But wouldn't it be better to know why?
The primary colors are red, yellow and blue. Every other color that exists is made from these three colors.
The secondary colors are green (yellow and blue), purple (red and blue) and orange (red and yellow).

In printing and painting you start with three colours, cyan, magenta and yellow. Adding black pigment is a shortcut that is uset by most printers. with those colours you can mix any colour you want. (CMYK)
On a computer screen or in a spotlight you mix the three colours red, blue and green to get any colour you want for the light that comes out. (RGB)
The answer to your question must me A and D.
