This is a prime example of how pathetic the federal government is. All Bonds did was lie about taking steroids to a grand jury, or something like that. Boo hoo, with all the other issues going on in America and the world today, this seems like an issue the federal government need not worry about. What is it their business, it's Major League baseball's business! The charges are so pathetic, it's the only way they can charge Bonds with anything, obstruction and perjury. Those are two of the biggest BS charges EVER.

These will be dropped or easily beaten before spring training.

I am asian, and i know that for one thing, there is heaps of people with asian ethnical background in the main cities of Australia. I for one, live in Melbourne, i always see heaps of asians everywhere; literally. I know that there would probably be heaps more asian people in America.

Seeing that there is so many asians around, how are we viewed by other people from different ethnical background? Are we hated? I am just interested to how we are viewed? I know for one, that we are considered as small people (and i agree for sure) Please be honest. Thankyou =]

I work for this one man. I really appreciate his help and stuff. But what really annoy me is, he always try to make me feel better with lies.

Especially when it come to college. He promised long time ago he'd help me if I ask him. But he never helped me, he only edit my papers for grammar error. Beside that he never really show me how to do anything or help me with something I really need.

I'm lingering at D in math which I've never been good at. In marketing class, I'm hanging at around D as well. I'm getting a B in one class. As for other one, I am getting a C. But in one of the class, I am at low B. But due to a huge mess in group project, I know I'm going to fail the class for sure.

My friend keep tell me that I'm doing so GREAT and talk about how I could get into some of the top university in the country. He keep say I'll get all grade up in high GPA and stuff. When I brought the group project up, he laugh and say that is no problem! I'll help you and we'll make everyone look

Ok, My dog just had TPO for his Hip Dysplasia. He's 7 months old and i'm picking him up from the vet tomorrow.
It's so unfair that he has to go through this sort of thing at this stage of his life. At this point he can't move without assistance, and what the worst part about it is, he must be in such discomfort and pain, and in 6 weeks time after he's up and running again, we're gonna get his other hip done which is really slack to him!!!
Anyway, what i was wondering is if there are any people out there who have had this or a hip replacement or anything simliar and how you went about it and what the healing process was like, how long it took and how your dog felt.
Thanks heaps, looking forward to your answers.

Y'know, I just found out I'm graduating today, and now I'm scared out of my mind because I think some huge "impending doom" is going to come crashing down on top of me, and I'll be crippled or killed or something before it happens. I found out my sis wants to take me to Latin America to translate for her, and I feel like the plane's going to crash either on the way there, or on the way back. I went to Jamaica for a funeral and I was okay with it. But when I went back for the cricket semi-finals, I was almost certain something would happen to me--for no other reason than the fact that I was enjoying myself. Why can't I just be happy, or experience happiness in peace??
