i can suggest u to do sum architect thing..(n ow dint u hav eleven days off with nothing to do) yeah so u can hang suthing by a sting a rod sought of thing HOW ? ok like u take a rod n tie a string in the middle (a small 100 cm rod or a stick) now let the stick dangle on the window on the side where the pigeons sit...ok n tie the string to one of ur cieling fans wing...not in the middle.make sure the hight of ur cieling fan is much above the window otherwise the string will get wound up in the fan.now u switch on the fan.....the sting keeps going up n down up n down ....n this will keep the pigeons away.haa!

There's a commercial product you can buy that is like tar, but it never completely dries. It stays sticky. It's made to keep birds from landing and hanging out in certain places. It doesn't hurt them, and it's not toxic. It's just very, very annoying to the birds.
I wish I could tell you where to buy it, but that, I don't have any idea about. If I had to guess, I'd start with a farm supply store.

I think the gooey stuff is called "Hot Foot". I would try a janitorial supply store. Make sure you clean all that poop off and don't let any of the dust blow into your house. You could get really sick.
