The room that houses the books in our office is generally closed off. The books are on bookcases in the room. The room is air conditioned.

Today I went in to find the books covered in mold! Thousands of dollars worth of literature has been destroyed.

I mean, many religions today are a form of worshiping the same god, at least with Muslims, Christians and Jews.
I don't know about Buddhism and Hinduism, but the major religions of the world today basically believe in god. I don't mean to offend those who take that as offense. It seems many people do now a days.
What I mean is that for the past about 2000 years God has been the major deity in civilization, well why and why has some people (Like Vikings) given up to Christianity without keeping their own religion and culture?

ok so here's my deal, I am applying to college soon, and I am a very creative person, what types are fields require alot of creativity. For instance, I would really like to be one of those people that comes up with ideas for commercials, not the one that draws them out, but the one that comes up the basic concept of what the commercial is going to be like/about. Or perhaps, design different things, like the images on front of kid's folders, or poster designs, any of that sort of stuff. Look at the websites provided to get an idea as to what I want to do. If you have any advice on the types of fields/ schools I could go into, it would be very much appreciated. :)

I know kids who play instruments in school dont ordinarily play them after they graduate. be honest, are you going to have any more use for it? i am a boy who would like to play any instrument no matter what it is. if you would like to get rid of it, i'll take it no matter how diffecult to play. if have one, please post it and you can email me and i'll give you all of my information.

I have recently learned there is apparently an issue regarding specific actions for reparations for slavery which include the government apologizing to slave descendants for their hardships and awarding them financial and/or other compensation. Miracles are a theme in the Christian religion, I know since I was raised as a Christian. They happen all the time, things Science cannot possibly explain. The blind regain sight, the lame speak, the crippled walk, all of these are miracles according to Christians, the work of Jesus, impossible things happening due to the power of God.

Why then are Amputees ALWAYS excluded from these miracles!? We know for a fact the limb/whatever will never grow back, it has never happened. Why does Jesus not "cure" Amputees? The strange rationalization consisting of "well, humans created prosthetics, and they did through the gifts/power that Jesus gave them" WILL NOT PASS, it is Science that created prosthetics; and they are not divine miracles, please do not try to use that cop out. Please explain to me, Christians, is this discrimination by God?

I just like asking these ones because I love seeing people's opinions and stuff. Personally, I love Ginny because a t first she is so quiet and reserved, and then she is really fiery and hot-tempered. And she (SPOILER ALERT!) marries Harry in the last book's Epilogue, so I love that.

My 46-year-old friend was babysitting for her neighbors, in her neighbors' home. The family dog knocked my friend down the stairs, causing my friend to break her jaw and wrist. She has spent many days in the hospital and will require lots of reconstructive surgery, to say the least! Medical bills are already piling up. Shouldn't her neighbors' homeowner's insurance be covering this? They have not offered to contact the company and my friend does not know how to proceed. To make matters worse, the neighbor whose dog caused the injury is an insurance agent!
