There are many ways. Japanese language depends on a situation where you are.

If you are with close friends, "Demo" is ok. So "Boku (Watashi:if you are a girl) wa utaitai, 'demo' nodo ga itaikara utaenai". Also "Kedo" can be used.

However, if you are with client, customer or superior, "demo" or "kedo" is not suitable. It sounds impolite. In this case, "sikasi", "sikasinagara" could be used. So the phrase becomes "Watashi wa utaitai desu, 'sikasi (sikasinagara)' nodo ga itainode utaemasen."

There are some others.

"demo"-I would say "boku utatetai demo nodo ga itai" but I'm not a native speaker.
