I don't understand everytime I click the download botton for this maxis recolor it just turns to a page with a bunch of words!
Why isn't it working?

Downloads are working for me.
Be sure you are signed in to your account. If you are at school it might be that your school has blocked the site and you'll have to do it at home.

What are the words? If they contain "This page cannot be displayed", the downloads are down and you'll have to refresh or try again later.
If you're not logged in, you will need to do so (or register an account) or you won't be able to download.

Check to see if you are logged in, Downloads from that site allow only membership people to download them.
It might be a certain computer your trying at.

Try On Another computer, or wait a while. Otherwise, you may have to contact maxis to ask them and get them to trouble shoot.
